Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
SNDR. ("we", "our", or "us") provides a Chrome extension and associated backend services for cold-email outreach. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, how we store it, and the choices you have. By connecting your Google account and using SNDR., you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Access and Collect
To provide outreach automation, SNDR. accesses and processes the following:
- Google Account profile: When you connect your account through Google OAuth, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) to identify and label your connected sending account.
- Gmail access (with your explicit consent): SNDR. uses the Gmail API for two purposes only:
- Sending email (
gmail.send): to send the outreach and follow-up emails that you compose and schedule, on your behalf.
- Reading email (
gmail.readonly): to read the message threads of campaigns you have sent, for the limited purpose of detecting and reading replies. This lets us mark a contact as "replied," automatically pause their remaining follow-ups, and optionally categorize the reply for you.
- Contact information: Names, email addresses, company names, and roles that you upload (via CSV/Excel/Google Sheets) or collect from professional networks such as LinkedIn while you browse them, used to build your campaigns.
- Campaign content: Email subjects, body templates, signatures, attachments, and schedules that you configure.
- Analytics metadata: Email send, open, reply, and bounce events (opens are measured via a tracking pixel) used to show you campaign performance.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information solely to provide the features you ask for:
- To send and schedule your outreach and follow-up sequences.
- To detect replies by reading the relevant Gmail threads, so that follow-ups stop automatically once a contact responds.
- To optionally categorize a reply (for example: interested, not interested, out-of-office) and, when you explicitly request it, to help draft email text. Reply or draft content processed for these features is used only to provide the feature to you and is not used for any other purpose.
- To display campaign analytics (sends, opens, replies, bounces).
- To maintain, secure, and improve the reliability of the SNDR. service.
3. Data Storage & Security
Local preferences are stored in your browser using Chrome local storage. Your connected-account credentials (OAuth tokens), campaigns, contacts, and analytics are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our backend database. We restrict access to this data and apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect it against unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the product, and only as needed to provide it to you:
- Google (Gmail API): to send and read email as described above.
- AI processing provider(s): when reply categorization or AI-assisted drafting is used, the relevant text may be processed by a third-party AI service acting as our service provider, strictly to return that result to you.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: to run our servers and database.
- Email-data providers (e.g. Hunter): when you use the email-finder feature, a company domain may be sent to a lookup provider to retrieve an email pattern. This does not involve your Gmail content.
5. Limited Use of Google User Data
Specifically, with respect to data obtained through Gmail scopes, SNDR.:
- uses the data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy;
- does not use the data for advertising;
- does not sell the data, and does not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features (to service providers under our control), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition;
- does not use the data to train generalized or non-personalized AI / machine-learning models; and
- does not allow humans to read the data, unless: we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
6. Data Retention and Your Choices
- Disconnect at any time: you can disconnect your Google account from within the SNDR. extension, and you can revoke SNDR.'s access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future sending and reading.
- Retention: we retain your campaign and account data for as long as your account is active. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
